Bar cleaning

Clean ionizing bars/pins ensure a high ionization effect and long service life.

Use the bar cleaning systems RS 1 and RS 2 to remove unwanted contamination from the ionizing bars. In order to ensure optimum performance of the bars, cleaning should be carried out at weekly intervals.

The bar cleaning systems are straightforward and easy to handle. The large storage container (100 ml) is transparent for convenient level control. The longlife, replaceable plastic brush is made with polyamide bristles.

The RS 2, with a short bristle length of 10 mm, is made for the cleaning of discharging bars. For charging bars we recommend the use of RS 1 with 30 mm long bristles.

Application

Move the brush over the pins to be cleaned exerting light pressure. Squeeze the storage container to feed the cleaning agent to the brush. The round version allows the brush to be turned into the required cleaning direction. The brush can be locked by means of a clamping screw. The clamping screw can be undone using a screwdriver in order to allow the brush insert to be turned and replaced.

Note: The bars must be dried after cleaning
